Wuxi Weldpi Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Gangyue Metal Technology Co., Ltd. It is a professional manufacturer of stainless steel, nickel, titanium, and zirconium alloy welded pipes. The company is an officially authorized production manufacturer of Haynes International, Inc. (USA) and can provide pipes and forgings authorized by Haynes International. From research and development to manufacturing and sales management, the company strictly implements the ISO 9001 quality management system and can issue EU EN 3.1 certificates. The company has passed the TS pressure pipeline component manufacturing license certification, and its welding specifications comply with international certifications such as TUV. The company is dedicated to providing fast and reliable metal pipeline solutions to customers worldwide.

Our company’s steel varieties cover industries including petrochemical machinery, power and environmental protection, marine engineering, and high-temperature, highly corrosive environments.
We manufacture products such as stainless steel pipes, nickel-based alloys, titanium, zirconium, and other non-ferrous metal alloy pipes. We provide our customers with the best material solutions, including matching components like tees, reducers, elbows, flanges, and non-standard piping forgings.
The factory has a complete professional production line. From raw material testing to finished product acceptance, PMI material re-inspection, and experimental data verification, we follow a comprehensive SOP process. The welding processes comply with WPS and PQR standards, and we use high-quality production materials and processes to ensure the quality of every product.

04 Equipment and instruments
Our company has a mature and professional technical team, proficient in various advanced processing technologies, capable of providing personalized custom services for our clients.
We possess advanced manufacturing equipment, including the Dutch DELEM CNC bending machine (for thicknesses from 2mm to 100mm), Austrian Fronius welding machines, and Japanese FANUC welding robots equipped with laser seam tracking systems, forming a powerful automated production line. The use of these high-end precision devices not only ensures the consistency and stability of our products but also further strengthens our leading position in the industry.

Our company has obtained several domestic and international certifications, including the European Union’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, TUV Welding Certification, and the China Pressure Pipeline Manufacturing License (TS). We have also been exclusively authorized by the U.S.-based Hastelloy company to collaborate, develop, and manufacture long products made from Hastelloy in the Chinese market. Additionally, we are the direct agent for Japan Metallurgical, Nippon Yakin, Sweden’s Outokumpu, Germany’s VDM, and the U.S.’s ATI.
